Dr. Prasad specializes in the non-surgical diagnosis and management of musculoskeletal conditions. He is Board Certified in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and serves as Medical Director of our Outpatient Medical Rehabilitation program, our Work Conditioning/Work Hardening program as well as our Interdisciplinary Chronic Pain Management program. He is a member of International Spinal Injection Society, the Physiatric Association of Spine, Sports and Occupational Rehabilitation, Texas Medical Association and the Smith County Medical Society.

Dr. Kersh is Board Certified in Occupational Medicine and
has been treating injured workers and serving employers in
their pre-employment and post-accident needs for the past
15 years. Dr. Kersh serves as the Medical Director of our
Occupational Medicine Division. Dr. Kersh is also a preeminent
physician in the field of Family Practice. Dr. Kersh holds a
second Board Certification in Family Practice further demonstrating his commitment to providing quality care for his patients.
Neuropsychologist
Dr. Martin specializes in the evaluation and treatment of a variety of neurological conditions including traumatic brain injury and stroke. Following the completion of a Neuropsychology training fellowship at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas, Dr. Martin has provided neuropsychological services to the East Texas community for over 10 years. He is a member of the National Academy of Neuropsychology as well as Division 40 (Clinical Neuropsychology) of the American Psychological Association.
Psychologist
Dr. Currin serves as the Psychology Director for the Work Hardening, SOAR, and Chronic Pain Management Programs. He is a licensed psychologist with 6 years of experience in rehabilitation and health psychology. He obtained his doctorate in counseling psychology from the University of North Texas and is a member of the American Psychological Association and American Academy of Pain Management.
Licensed Professional Counselor
Ms. Roberts received her Master of Science in Clinical Psychology from
Abilene
Christian
University in 1998. She is licensed as a Professional Counselor in the State of Texas. Ms. Roberts has significant experience performing psychological evaluations and treating mood and adjustment disorders in individual, group, and family therapy settings. Since 2000 she has been practicing primarily in interdisciplinary chronic pain management programs.
Director of Rehabilitation / Physical Therapist
Coby serves as Director of Rehabilitation and Program Director for our work hardening and chronic pain management programs. He has 10 years of experience in treating patients with occupational and orthopedic injuries, in addition to experience in job site ergonomics. Coby also serves as a surveyor for CARF, The Rehabilitation Accreditation Commission.
Lori Tooker, BS, PT
Physical Therapist
Lori graduated from U.T. Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas in 1997. Her experience includes outpatient sports medicine, wound care, acute inpatient rehab, and home health. She has specialized training in lymphedema management and myofascial pain relief.
Toyia Urbaniak, MCD, CCC - SLP
Speech Language Pathologist
Toyia has 11 years experience as a speech/language pathologist. She has worked in multiple rehab settings including acute care and long term acute care hospitals, inpatient rehab, long term care, outpatient and home healthcare settings. Toyia is certified in Vital-Stim Dysphagia Treatment. She has been a CARF surveyor for 6 years.
Racheal Cox, MS, CCC-SLP
Speech Language Pathologist
Racheal Received her Masters of Science in Speech Language Pathology
from Texas Woman's University in 2006. Her clinical experience includes
mild to severe traumatic brain injury, stroke, swallowing disorders,
speech, and language in adults and geriatrics in a variety of settings from
home care to hospital rehab.
