We can get it done!! All from the one stop Occupational Medicine Provider, Direct RehabMed Business Health. Under the direction of Board Certified physician Dr. Fredrick W. Kersh, Direct RehabMed Business Health is fast becoming the Occupation Medicine choice of East Texas.
Dr. Kersh states “It is my firm belief that we are successful because we do Occupational Medicine right. We offer a comprehensive scope of services and conveniences to the employers and patients. We are very experienced in the occupational medicine field and know what services our employer clients need.” We know the Texas Workers’ Compensation system, we know OSHA, we know DOT, and we know Occupational Medicine!! We work with employers to keep their employees on the job. We work with employers to make good hiring decisions through our Post Offer of Employment Testing (POET) program. We offer safety training and CPR classes. We provide health fairs and are very active in the community.
*Our POET will test the physical functional abilities of a new hire against the demands of job description to determine if the candidate can safely perform to the level you will be expecting. If the employee does not meet the criteria of the evaluation based on the position’s job description, you can legally rescind the job offer, protecting you from a potential claim for injury.
